I know a guy who got up to answer the phone, and as soon as he picked it up the ceiling fan came down and demolished the table he had been sitting at. It's pretty interesting to me that the other stories also mostly happen when the person is out of the room

Yeah but on the other hand it's a little comforting that so many people had this happen and didn't die instantly
