Chronic UTIS. Doctors won't listen to me. NSFW
Hi, I get UTIS every time after I have sex. No, it's not from multiple partners because I was with the same guy for a year, and no it wasn't just with him, it's been with literally every single guy I've had sex with.
The only way to prevent a UTI is to take an antibiotic right after sex. UTI pain is about an average of 7 to 9. It's very bad.
I get a bottle of antibiotics and I'm so relieved when it's something like 30 tablets so that I can save them after my initial one clears up. No, it's not because I'm not finishing them as prescribed, because I've done that all my life up until now they always went away but came back after sex.
I've used a dildos, multiple dildos, like cucumbers, bananas, and just a normal dildos. I never got UTIS from those. Only from guys.
Here I sit in pain in this bathroom because the doctors at the er didn't believe I'd get a UTI today. I told them I get them after sex and that I needed them to prevent my UTI that I'd get tomorrow. They tested my urine and said it was completely clean and refused to give me antibiotics.
Yet here we are. I'm sitting on the toilet, in really bad pain, can't walk or get up, UTI pain really bad. I hate this condition.
And yes I've tried to pee and wash myself after and use condoms, still, UTI.

It sounds like interstitial cystitis.
I know you say antibiotics work but the doctor is correct by saying you shouldn’t take it with no signs of infection.
I would try to get an ultrasound of your kidneys, ureters and bladder, abdo CT and referral to gynaecologist and/or urologist.
