I would argue that poor man’s gold is a free silver award. This is coming from a Reddit Premium member who enjoys giving out the (SUPER SUPER cheap) premium awards in hopes that the person I’m gifting isn’t a premium member and doesn’t recognize how cheap the award actually is. It’s the closest you can get to giving away free awards while still technically spending money.
