Both giving birth and stopping someone's suicide are selfish actions. No one is asked if they want to be here and people only care about keeping you alive.. not actually making your life better.

It’s not other people’s responsibility to make your life better. The most people can do is encourage you to work on yourself and become the best version of yourself you can be, but at the end of the day your quality of life rests on your own decisions and your own effort.
