The whale wars episode of south park lives up.

The whole whale wars thing was stupid. They made it out that they were basically pirates for good then never did anything.

Nope it doesn't.

sea shepherd lost the "whale wars" with Japan and gave up interfering with them a couple of years before Japan decided to leave the IWC and resume commercial whaling.
