Wait, no. No. Did he really read a few bullets and completely misapply those principles in a speech to the nation? I knew he was dumb, but... Just wow....

It's worse, he though he was cleverer than whomever wrote that, and suggested doctors "look into" using disinfectants and sunlight internally.

When he got Covid they should have said "So Mr president, you still want us to look into that bleach and sunlight thing? Yes? OK, bend over"

It's even worse, after everyone pointing out the absurd suggestions he got defensive and said he was joking... in a serious briefing with an ongoing pandemic freshly brewing. Why would this be time to joke? Oh yeah he makes excuses on the fly.

At first he was dead serious and would never joke. Then he was totally joking and how did you guys not know that. Then he was joking but you guys won't stop making a big deal out of it. Then it was meant to sound funny but was totally serious because Trump knows more than the doctors.

Cleverer. Means more clever.

When you are insulting someone, use proper English.

Are you genuinely too stupid to google a word if you're not sure if it exists, before you demonstrate your self-important ignorance?

The funny part is you think you are correct.

If he was a scientist and asked in an academic/exploratory capacity something like "bleach and UV light can kill the virus outside of the body, is there anything we can learn about how that works that we could safely apply inside the body?" It wouldn't be the stupidest thing. Keep in mind chemotherapy is a real treatment for cancer that saves many lives that was found because people thought to themselves wow, after getting gassed in war, survivors have smaller tumors than they had before getting gassed. "Doctors should look into gassing people to treat cancer." And radiation is also used to treat cancer. So the idea in the right context isn't necessarily the stupidest thing in the world. But the way Trump did it was not the right context.

No, but you won’t learn that on Reddit. I suggest researching yourself. The hive mind is strong here

Is this a photoshopped pic then?
