Everyone says that, and it's part of it. But more to the point it's a cultural issue. These people loathe learning and education. You can't teach the unwilling.
We’ve got to find a way to change that because if not they’ll become the majority, they loathe education because they’re told knowledge is evil by self-serving leaders, I don’t know if there is a solution but it for sure starts with governance.
