My Dr. in Mexico is in her office from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm every day, working for free half the time because that neighborhood has been hit so hard with Covid & lockdowns. If I go see her, she asks for 200 pesos, I give her 2000 and make her take it so she can keep helping people.
