I didn't even look down and so I went to take the picture and ended up looking to my left in time for the owl to cross my path and crash into the back of my head. I broke my jaw very badly and my face and neck broke open. My bones have not healed yet and the damage to my organs are just beginning. I have 3 weeks to the surgery to repair the internal organs and fix all the damage to my face. The surgery can not be scheduled until my fracture has healed so I have to wait until then.
