Don’t forget the troops. They screamed about supporting the troops all through the first two decades of this millennium, and didn’t do a fucking thing for them.
There's a video floating around deconstructing the accusation that a political opponent "hates America." I've got a feeling the logic applies to all conservative darlings. Pro-choice? Hate children. Separation of church and state? Hate Christians. Don't support forever war and the military-industrial complex? Hate the troops. Etc.
