Yes, I have. it says there’s no key associated with my account/device.

But is it possible that my school has anything to do with this since this is my private computer that has nothing to do with them other than me using their office 365 package? I guess I’ll still give it a try but I’m sure they will be as confused as I am

Well I’ve already come to the conclusion that the account used to log in doesn’t have the key. I will try to contact my school. I appreciate you for trying to help me! Thanks a lot
