Plus my friend, who is fully vaccinated, recently tested positive for it.

Yeah and my friend died in a car accident even though he was wearing a seatbelt, so I'm never going to wear a seatbelt again since they clearly have a 0% success rate.

If that decision affects others negatively, they should. Where do people like you get the idea that a contagious virus only affects themselves?

I don't believe it only affects myself. I do think that shutting down the economy and demanding people get a vaccine that wasn't fully tested is a bad idea.
