I was thinking the same thing, but not out of a place of meanness. Guy needs help at that size, or he might not live to see 40.

Consider it a public health service. This guy needs to make better diet decisions. And no, I'm not fat-shaming. There's chubby, there's obese, fine your choice. But at this size, there are repercussions for people all around, most especially himself.
