Any suggestions for vegetarian uses for thyme and Rosemary?

I grew a ton of each in my garden this year because the smells are very comforting and nostalgic to me. However, I’m not sure what to use them for now, as typically I used to use them for roast chicken. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to use them for?

You could also make infused water. Rosemary and citrus of some kind is good. I've never tried with thyme but I'm sure there are flavor combos to be googled. Strawberry/thyme water sounds good to me.
