Food delivery isn’t that big of a business. But figuring out a way to get a 3 way cut of a single transaction is. I just don’t think it’s sustainable. The barrier to entry is too low. Is Uber just going to buy every competitor out as they pop up in order to keep prices up? They already own parts (or all) of: Zomato, Postmates, Careem and Jump. I just can’t believe that their API generates billions of dollars in value.
