Posts must search for a word, phrase or synonym.
The title must start with WTP for, WTW for or WAW for.
Top-level comments must be genuine attempts to find the word.
Mark your posts as solved by replying solved to the comment that found your word.

Flair Descriptions

When you submit a post, it will go through several stages. Progressing to the next stage will be marked via a flair change. All flairs are assigned and updated automatically. Below is a description of all of them.

Unsolved - Applied when post is submitted. This means that the poster has not replied to any responses since posting or there are currently no answers.
In progress - Applied when the poster replies in the thread anything besides the word solved. This means the poster is likely still seeking alternative answers.
Solved - Automatically applied when the poster replies with the word solved anywhere in the comments. This means that the query has been solved.
Unknown - Applied when there are no new comments on a thread within 48 hours.
Abandoned - Applied when OP has not responded to any comments within 24 hours. This could mean that the thread received no correct answers, no answers at all, or that OP simply didn't bother to reply "Solved" to a comment which resolved their query. If you notice that this is the case, please message the moderators so that we can manually flair the post as solved.
Mods' Choice - This flair can only be applied to posts manually by moderators. A flair on this post signifies that the post is noteworthy.
Meta - This mod-exclusive flair is applied to subreddit announcements.

Q: What is this shield with a checkmark in some flairs?

A: This appears in flairs which were manually assigned by moderators, as opposed to flairs assigned automatically by the bot.

Q: I see a post with a wrong flair. What should I do?

A: Please let us know. We'll quickly hop in and override the flair manually.
