What was it like to lose your period due to being underweight?

I think I've lost mine, my period used to be extremely heavy, like I'd be soaked through my pants if I have an ultra tampon in for more than an hour and a half. But then I've lost a bit of weight (Healthy amount. I went from 125 at 5'9 to 120) and my period got lighter. However the past few months I lost 10 lbs and my period has been a bit of bleeding but nothing. This period was the lightest ever and I bled for maybe 20 minutes over 5 days. I still had excrutiating cramps (I have endometriosis) but that was it. Is this what it's like to lose your period? Should I gain weight? Thank you!

120-125 for 5’9 is extremely unhealthy tbh and you said you don’t eat often or eat very little. I personally believe there’s more to this that you’re not telling us or that you personally don’t know is happening yourself.

I’m 110 at 5’9, my BMI is 16. I don’t have an Ed, I was stressed a few months back and was eating less due to stress and I dropped down to 110 lbs and I think my stomach shrunk which is why. It’s only the past two cycles I lost my period. The first time I thought it was just like nothing wrong. But that’s why now I wanna gain weight. Doctors say I’m healthy though so that’s good
