What a dumb statement. The president is a civilian not a member of the military.
Per Cornel Law Institute:
The President does not enlist in, and he is not inducted or drafted into, the armed forces. Nor, is he subject to court-martial or other military discipline.

Not to mention Biden is just making good on things established by previous administrations.
People gotta quit thinking every Presidency is an isolated occurrence. They are ALL always dealing with things from previous Presidencies. Most of the time the CURRENT president is not the reason for things like unemployment, GDP, or even things like this pull-out. Very often plans and deals are made that don't take effect until 10 years later.
The withdrawal plans were part of Trump making a deal with the Taliban, and if I recall correctly, they didn't bring the Afghan government to that meeting...which is weird...
