Oh HELL YES! With how successful the 1st season was, it was almost guaranteed we would get a sequel but it’s still nice to have an official confirmation now!
Formerly Keegen on Kbin.social(RIP), this is my Lemmy account.

I think the idea was to take back the narrative about Ruri’s horns and spin it around against them. By publicly declaring her desire to remove her horns, mentioning the safety concern and making it a whole public event (even including the perpetrators of the rumors in it) they turn it around on them, showing she does care, is self-conscious and is actively trying to prevent any harm. It makes the topic of discussing her horns and dragon heritage in any negative light an insensitive subject, making them the bad guys if they ever decide to bring it back up again. At least that’s my understanding of it.
Bold words from someone who bullies others for their appearance.
I still think this whole plan was insane, but it worked out in the end so I guess it’s OK?
I was excited but then saw it’s a movie and the excitement instantly evaporated. I wish I could be happy about seeing a series I like getting a movie but with the wait times before I get to watch it, it’s a miracle if I even remember about it by the time it’s available.
A Taira and Azuma chapter, I was hoping it would be one! There is hope for Azuma yet, poor Taira is slowly working through his issues. I won’t be surprised if as this goes on and they both work out their respective problems, they kinda just become a couple without an official confession or anything.
I loved Wotakoi. The 4 main characters are 26-28 and employed. It’s in the especially rare category of adult romcoms. It’s a shame the anime never got a second season, but the manga is finished so if you give it a watch and want to find out what happened after, give it a read!
Yeah, I was very dissapointed by that as well. As far as I’m aware, the only time it matters is when
The Emperor offers you the Astral tadpole, if you used any worms you have to pass a check that grows harder the more worms you consumed to resist using it, if you abstained you can just say no.
Big shame that’s all that remains of this system.
Yeah, stuffing more worms into your brain being purely a beneficial mechanic with no drawbacks is a very weird choice. This whole system was honestly better in early access than it ended up being, having the tadpoles be just a dialogue option with a very easy check but consequences the more you used them. The ring that Omeluum gives you was even supposed to help, only to get changes into a boring Charm resistance ring on release.
I’ll reserve my final judgment until 2nd of August and the THQ Nordic Showcase but the playable teaser they released doesn’t leave me optimistic either.
The remake is still happening as it’s developed by Alkimia Interactive and published by THQ Nordic, Pyranha Bytes had nothing to do with it.
While it’s not a gameplay mod, LORKHAN will freshen up your Skyrim experience all the same. It’s a complete soundtrack replacement mod created by the legendary young scrolls himself. It’s a stark departure from the original Skyrim’s soundtrack while still fitting in perfectly with the game.
Those 11 episodes really went by all too fast, I hope we won’t have to wait 7 (5 if we count the movie) years for the next season.
Guy is mad that Larian decided to add the pre-order items (literally some cosmetic items that reference their previous game, soundtrack, some art and DnD style character sheets for the Origins) as an optional bundle for people to buy if they missed out and want them. But “day 1 DLC bad” so it doesn’t matter how inoffensive this thing is, hate must flow, game shit, 0/10.
A cherry blossom focused episode! It’s been a while since Rin had a chance to go on a solo camping trip. After the last 2 weeks craziness it’s nice to return to comfy basic camping.
We got the specs for Nadeshiko-brand engine! That fuel efficiency really leaves much to be desired… @[email protected]
What seemed like a safe investment turned out to be his downfall! Lawrence really has the worst luck, the one time he takes a big loan to buy some armor, the Church decides not to do their yearly crusade.
Poor man is honestly handling it pretty well, given everyone turned their backs on him and he’s about to become a slave in 2 days. Even when he snapped at Holo, he stopped himself almost immediately, albeit what’s done is done.
Kazuma’s party are the sort of people who win a lottery and then proceed to spend the entire money in a matter of months, going right back to being completely broke. I wouldn’t be surprised if they somehow manage to get themselves into a huge debt by not paying attention to their actual finances at all.
This episode was pure chaos! The butterfly effect was in full action too, adding the two dogs into the memories messed up the reality pretty badly. Next week - more food! Good thing Nadeshiko packed all those snacks!
Kazuma has a rather versatile skill set and is actually surprisingly competent when not being dragged down by his lazy sleazy bastard nature. That and he had a good teammate to actually work with rather than dragging along his usual group of mischief makers.
As I said last episode, the desire is irresistible! Even Ayano succumbs to it’s mighty pull!
And here is an episode discussion screenshot for you @[email protected]! (https://i.imgur.com/ZKlhEer.png)
Nadeshiko became a train enthusiast, she would fit right in here on Lemmy! That death bridge really traumatized our poor bike gang. Good thing they didn’t go to the Musou suspension bridge (夢想吊橋), I looked up videos on YouTube of that thing and it doesn’t look like a fun time! (well, back when it was still intact that is, no chance of crossing it now.) So ends the Oigawa camping trip, next time it’s time to see what the Outdoors Club has been up to!
Refresh rate is king. I would much rather use a 1080p 120+Hz monitor over 4k 60Hz. 1440p 144Hz is the sweet spot though, big visual improvement over 1080p without the need to bankrupt yourself on a GPU powerful enough to drive a 4k 120Hz display or relying on upscaling making everything a blurry mess.
