What kind of installation medium do you use? Have you tried a different USB? How do you make the bootable USB?
Could be an issue with Secure Boot in BIOS.

Meldrik@lemmy.wtfto Linux@lemmy.ml•I'm committing to Linux, but it's so unstable. Any suggestions?17·11 days agoIt’s certainly weird that you have these issues on a Framework + an officially supported distribution.
Does it really run flawlessly on Windows 11? Because we have Framework 13’s at work, which run W11 and they DO NOT run flawlessly.
What about a fresh installation of Ubuntu? Do you have issues then? It could be some kind of configuration that you do, that screws with your system?

Of course it’s a privilege, but the “beauty standard” can be different throughout the world. So your privilege may vary.

I first learned about “Nicole” when I received this message through the contact form on PeerTube.wtf
https://peertube.wtf/c/beyorkisan/videos
The person would setup live streams on PeerTube, showing the same clip on a loop, of the supposedly “Nicole”.

The problem is .ml’s rules are inconsistent. Criticism against China is put under the rule “be respectful”, but you can criticise any other nation or group, except for maybe Hezbollah.
If they would just write it in the rules, like they did on their old PeerTube instance PeerTube.social, I wouldn’t mind.
