That is not part of the stunt, it’s a failed stunt. Why are two trucks driving super slow, perfectly parallel to each other, with another truck right in the middle in the front? It doesn’t even look like a normal traffic road, looks like a parking lot or an airstrip.

I agree with sentiment normally, but what are the odds of finding two trucks driving parallel to each other at like 3mph? Plus we don’t see the divider markers on the road, so it may be some airport/parking lot or something. I think it’s just a failed stunt.
