Hi all,
A bit of a noobie question - I've read a lot about upgrading storage on the PS5, but wanted to ask what the options/recommendations actually are.

With my PS4, I upgraded the internal HD and increased storage without a problem. Most of what I've been reading about the PS5 has been around external HDs though. Is that the only way to upgrade? And if so, does that not impact on speed of loading at all?

Just to be clear, I have a Beam and 2 SLs set up on our current TV. If we upgraded to the new TV, then the Arc would definitely be a future goal.

But is there a reason why you’re suggesting I should get the Arc now and the TV later? My thinking was that the current setup would work fine with the new TV and I’d upgrade to Atmos as soon as I could.

I’m looking round the 1k mark. Currently I’m looking at the LG OLED48CX5LC which has had really solid reviews.

I’d ideally like an extra HDMI port, but it seems like four is about as good as I’m going to get. Thanks for the tip around eARC - I wasn’t aware of that.
