I am currently an upperclassmen on MSUs swim team and would be happy to answer some questions.

I would think of justice as a form of balance. It could be used for good or bad. Everything weighs in the scales of balance, if that makes sense.

An option of it could be: weighing someone’s soul and the more they tip the scales in either direction the more powerful the spell cast becomes.

My mental health hasn’t gotten worse. I just realized that I was much more depressed before quarantine than I let on.

This is really beautiful and nice to see. I’m having a conversation with my girlfriend today about the same things. Quarantine really broke down our relationship and she is unsure if we are worth continuing.

Reading this gives me some hope that we will be able to continue being together. Although I already know by the end of today I will most likely be single.

54.72 100 breaststroke here and I see two things:

First, learn to abuse your walls. It’s the easiest place to drop time and the first thing id pay attention to. There should be no “grabbing” or “hesitation” on your walls. The instant your hands hit the wall lean back, drive your knees up, and drive your leading elbow back. Eventually you’ll want the knees and elbow to be one smooth and powerful motion. When you plant your feet on the wall you don’t want them to be right next to each other. Should width apart and get a powerful squat jump off the wall.

Second, work on your outsweep motion in your recovery. By that I mean right after your hands reach streamline ahead of you. Its another super easy place to generate a lot of power. Ask your coach about working on sculling and mention you want to work on your outsweep.

If you do dryland try working on some frog jumps for your walls. You can even do deep water bobs to add extra resistance!
