My Seventh seraph revolver could get 19 rounds in the magazine. With timed payload I could put a lot of damage on targets. Sabre comes to mind. While I kept stunning the two overloads my teammates downed the barrier champion almost unhindered.

Kind of. You had to run a void subclass, you had to run a grenade that did damage over time (you didn't have to, but they were better), and you had to be able to throw a grenade properly. I believe the damage buff was only 20% vs b&c being 30%, but even if they were the same you still had problems with delivery vs GLs. Oh and a new b&c is ready whenever you switch GLs or reload vs waiting for a new grenade to replenish. Now oppressive darkness wasn't bad. And if we got it back I would be happy because it was very useful. It's just that b&c was more convenient in every way.
