Wow, you got my requirements pretty much on the nose, except my CNC router also needs to be able to cut vibranium and adamantium.

Capons are about the same in carbon emissions and efficiency as turkeys, the second most carbon-intensive meat after chicken.

Turkeys are usually raised from 16-22 weeks, while capons reach harvest weight around 12-18 weeks. (Regular hens only live 6-7 weeks.) Then only thing really holding the capon industry back is a lack of people trained in how to caponize chickens.

For starters, force feeding is not a necessary component of raising capons. Some people do that, but I consider it an abhorrent practice.

Secondly, throwing baby chicks into a macerator to be shredded to death is not only a much crueler way to kill than a quick chop to the neck, it's also a massive waste. At least giving a chicken a semblance of a good life, ending their life with as little stress as possible, and actually putting the body to use afterwards are important to me.

I have accepted that, due to my preference for meat, death will be a necessary accompaniment to my meals. At least I want my food to have a happy, easy life before it ends up on my plate.

I agree, it will probably always be more expensive than regular chicken, but with increased economy of scale and no more "rarity value" I would expect capon to drop to about $4-5 per lb. And I believe, at around that price point, a lot of people would decide that the better flavor would be worth the higher price.

Though I do admit, capons do have one major disadvantage: they need to be raised for 2-3 times as long as hens, thus making them more expensive per pound.

Due to this, plus "rarity value", capon can cost up to $11 per pound, while regular chicken is about $1.50 per pound.

Though, if 7 billion more capons entered the market, the price could probably be cut in half or more.

I've always said that they should instead caponize the male chicks, then raise them for meat. I've had capon before, and it was delicious!

Unfortunately, this explains why my local authorities tried to ban tinted windows. Their reasoning was "cops can't spot suspicious behavior through tinted windows."

When my girlfriend asked me out, she actually used gummy snacks!

We were chatting, and she told me she had "butterflies in her stomach" the proceeded to pull a bag of gummy butterflies out of her purse and said "Do you want some too?"

A full sheet pan measures 18x24 inches, and is usually considered to be enough to serve between 60-100 people, depending how small you slice it.

Steel bumpers are the best! Years ago, I was helping a friend move, and another friend of hers hit the back bumper of my old truck while they were backing out. Their entire headlight assembly was torn completely out, while my bumper had a smudge of gray paint added on, lol.
