I actually agree with this. I had times where we had a ton of waiters and phones ringing constantly right before close. You'd answer the phones and try to triage the phone customers, but the people that had the foot in the door were prioritized.

Agreed. I was a tech for many, many years and treating my customers in good faith always netted better results than being an asshat. I worked with people that had that mindset like OP and they made everyone else work harder.

There's the gentleman that carries the flag up and down Blanco Rd between 410 and 1604. I figured he's just taking a really patriotic walk. He wears the harness for the flag and all.

It's pretty neat because he walks with major respect for that flag as if the national anthem is about to play.
