I would like to recommend the Watchmen show on HBO. I watched it recently, and really, really enjoyed it.

This is coming from someone who has gotten bored of the hero's journey marvel movies, but read and really liked Watchmen, and thought the movie was great.

I'd rather listen to someone who has no idea what they're talking about. I go to a mechanic for my taxes, a financial advisor for law advice, and a doctor for investment advice.

It's definitely not the Blink you're used to, so don't expect that - but it's still so good. Matt absolutely kills it on the vocals. For what it's worth, this is coming from someone who absolutely loves Alkaline Trio, and used to watch The Urethra Chronicles with my brother after Blink's "hiatus", and then just talk about how sad it was that they weren't friends anymore. And I still love Post-Tom Blink.

Self-titled is just solid gold.

As different as it is sans Tom, I also really liked NiNe. No Heart to Speak Of is just... Fucking phenomenal.

You didn't say this, but it's a related thought: I always hear that wearing a mask = living in fear. I'm not afraid that I'll get covid and die. If I'm asymptomatic, I don't want to spread it to someone else that has a higher chance of dying. Or someone who maybe lives with an older person that gets it and ends up dying.

It's an easy thing to wear, like wearing safety glasses in a shop, and can save someone else from losing someone they love.

Anyway, I think that when it comes to covid (which is a ridiculous thing to politicize, btw), people on the right tend to assume that people on the left are worried about themselves as an individual, rather than the effect on the population as a whole.
