For me, when it's overdone, especially within one piece, the deceptive cadence starts to feel like the real cadence. The piece starts to form its own world of harmonic rules, and the listener adopts that.

Here's my favorite example of this.

At 0:42, there's a melody that starts in E-minor, but towards the end it sounds like it wants to shift to G-major. However, it sticks to E-minor, which would be the deceptive resolution in a cadence to G-major. Then it legitimizes that resolution through repetition.

Later, at 1:22, another melody that starts in G-major, eventually slides back to the earlier melody in E-minor, and now it's impossible to imagine the melody resolve in any other way than E-minor. If you play the melody yourself and resolve it in G-major, it just sounds wrong.

Since we listen to a lot of English-language music, watch a lot of English-language TV and films and youtube, play a lot of English-language video games, the need for understanding English is pretty high.

If you live in a country or region where English is already the by-far dominant language (and English is what your kid's native language will be), there may be very limited need for knowing any other languages. That may make it a lot more challenging to make sure your child learns another language. IIRC the damage that gravitic flux deals is 50% of the victim's mx HP, so if the victim has max HP of 200, gravitic flux would deal 100 damage. Does nanoboost's damage boost increase it to 150 damage?
