I will tell you that I hold my fiancée accountable on our diet too. She’ll want ice cream at times and I won’t say no but I’ll remind her that we’re both of the weight loss journey together. We want to look our best for our wedding and honeymoon.

Also, the low carb thing will create strong cravings and low energy. If you’re counting calories, it’s okay to eat bread, pasta, all that good stuff. That way you don’t feel deprived. If you’re in a deficit you will lost weight
