I would say if I never messed up 1 of my knees around 3-4 years ago, everything would still be smoothly sailing. Only major difference from when I was 25 to my age of 35+ is time. Time of warm up, and time of recovery after lifts. If you maintain good healthy habits like stretching, warming up, cooling down, recovery work and just being a bit more cautious in listening to your body you should be fine.

Fitness influencers have become a cancer in social media. Well social media is cancer in general, but they have a special place. Each one seems to just be pushing unnecessary products (supplements) and take advantage of people's lack of knowledge in fitness. Also, every one of them want to start building their own merchandise, clothing, food, you can name it, and it's probably available somewhere. Giving people unreal expectations as well from using a bunch of PEDs.

Would be funny if it was just a picture of her and no one else.

For some reason I found the food session the most hilarious where Somin, KJK and SJH were supposed to be advertising for the chicken they were eating. SJH mentioning chewing on something for so long and then Somin blatantly just admitting they were bad at doing these.

Would have been hilarious if they got Shaq or Giannis with their massive hands trying to build a pc.

I like to believe it's like that one ongoing jokes where JSJ cannot get mad or be mad at anything and they do these things on purpose to get him to let loose. It is all really about playing a character. KJK said in an interview that when Running Man started he was basically to play the "bad guy" of each episode and YJS was to be the "hero". As years have passed characters change and evolve to adapt with the times. What is working is currently working and everyone likes it to a certain extent. I am sure it'll probably change down the road. You can also think of it this way where in Korean culture you respect your elders a lot. By having a show where the younger generations are able to tease their elders kind of lets people enjoy that aspect which they can't really do that often in their everyday lives.

My only gripe with KOTM is that they killed off the good characters or not enough screen time for returning 2014 characters.

I'm kind of curious why some dancers have masks and some don't.

It would be hilarious if this kidnapping arc actually just ends in 1 episode and all these pictures are from that.

I think it comes down to how and when they are profiting as an influencer along with their honesty. Being clear and straightforward to your limit in knowledge with or without certifications and working with people paying for it will always be better than someone lying to their clients. That's when it becomes manipulative and dangerous. Someone giving out free advice due to anecdotal experiences and then blasting off some discount codes or whatever on products they use, sure that's fair game. Someone trying to be personal trainers/nutrition coaching looking for clients while not having the proper certifications, that's when I start raising eyebrows.

I wasn't paying too much attention at first and only saw the squat jerk and thought... this guy has one of the widest cleans ever. Then of course I watched it again and saw the actual width and adjustments.

Well it is Texas, so property is cheaper in general. If he is a savvy business person he could be subleasing some of the spaces, which is most likely what he's doing to Maxx and his GF.

I mean... when you have some loyal delusional followers, you can sell anything to them, even repackaged candy at 2 to 3 times the price.

Not sure if you understand what I am talking about. They can treat people who has YouTube Premium like how Twitch Prime is treating people with Amazon prime memberships. However, I am not sure if having YouTube Premium currently allows you to bypass ads on streamers. YouTube Premium is also not just a "paid sub". Having YouTube Premium provides a lot of services and access to what you're currently restricted to.

They can basically do the same thing for people who paid for Youtube Premium.

To answer your question, I would say the 1st episode(pilot episode) and the second episode showed a lot of the higher end production and value that was going to invested into this show. However, I kind of enjoyed what each show on the Arrowverse brought. Each of the first seasons were great for the time (Arrow and The Flash). Just like how our taste buds change with time so do people's viewpoints. S&L has a major benefit in coming in much later into the Arrowverse along with a larger backing with more investment from HBO. Arrow started over 8 years ago and the Flash shortly afterwards. What they had available, budgeting, and the task of drawing in a crowd to make the show likeable to a very broad audience, to have enough to start their own universe was a major task. I applaud them for that. I can see how this show wouldn't do well if it was put in the Arrow or The Flash's place 6-10 years ago and vice-versa. Overall, it is a superb show and is great for this "time".
