As Commander-in-Chief of the US military this certainly falls on Biden's shoulders, but this withdraw was organized before Biden took office. Ignoring the obvious stupidity of negotiating with terrorists, while expecting them to uphold their end of the bargain. It should be fairly obvious that this outcome would be expected regardless of the president. When you give terrorists a date with regards to withdrawal, you're providing them with a timeline to plan their attacks. Once US military forces are removed from Afghanistan, the country won't evolve into a Middle Eastern utopia, because this issue isn't a US problem. You should expect more attacks as we approach the deadline for troop withdraw.

The Trump administration had eliminated the position of a U.S. trainer of Chinese field epidemiologists, who were deployed to the epicenter of outbreaks to help track, investigate and contain diseases. We would be much more confident with determining the real origin of the pandemic if we have US epidemiologists observing the Wuhan lab and tracking the spread of COVID through China.

Yep the Donald Trump directed NIH funded GoF research, despite his predecessor pausing that research. Donald Trump could've prevented our hard earned American tax dollars from funding this, but instead the Trump White House did nothing to prevent it. You don't have to like it but it's a fact.
