There is some big changes coming to the technical regulations.Mainly to the aero, with the changes aiming to simplify over-body aero in order to reduce dirty air, and to compensate for the lost downforce on that front allowing the use of ground effect.

There are also some changes to wheel sizes, and wheel covers are coming (although it is not entire sure how those will look exactly). DRS may or may not be removed or changed. I think there was also something about tire blankets.

because executives want an expensive computer, and depending on the company they may not actually need a good one. if the company uses the chrome book ecosystem, at could make sense for the higherups to use one as well, but they will still want an expensive one.
