Supply and demand only works when the market is free.

The free market can only be balanced by supply and demand when people have the option not to buy.

• The job market is not a free market when survival is on the line.

• Medicine is not a free market when survival is on the line.

Under these conditions, demand is fixed at infinity, and the price can be set as high as the supplier likes. This issue has already been partially addressed through laws governing these markets, but those laws haven’t been updated as they are supposed to, resulting in the current issues with minimum wage being way too low. In my opinion, UBI is a more direct way to address the issue than minimum wage, because people will be free to value their time on their own terms, rather than minimum wage being a necessary safeguard against employers taking advantage of their unlimited control over the price of people’s time.

Tangential, but another market that problematically isn’t free is the internet service market, because often there is only one company available to purchase from. This prevents competition, inhibiting the balancing that a free market would provide.

Pay people more to do those jobs. Let supply and demand balance the job market.

IMO there should be a universal basic income, but people who want more should be able to work to earn more.

Problems I encountered:

• having to abandon the seasonal activity 3 times before I finally managed to complete it without encountering a bug that made it impossible to continue
• being unable to invite to or join fireteams
• friends not showing as friends or clan mates not showing as clan mates

Is there any chance we could get a Sturm/Drang rework? I really enjoyed that combo around when they first came out, but with changes in ammo economy and weapon damage they are just unusable nowadays.

In particular, Sturm needs a buff. Maybe the overloaded rounds should be anti-overload or anti-unstoppable. It also would make a lot of sense to make Sturm a special weapon, so using the combo wouldn’t necessitate running two primary weapons.

Oz and Salem are about as close to gods as you get in Remnant.
