How many people's lives I've impacted. I'd just like to hope there's at least a 1 there.

I feel like you see companies do this quite often on steam. Definitely a good marketing strategy! So here's to hoping for tomorrow!

I'm curious to see if that's why Nioh is 70% off on Steam right now. Part of me believes a Nioh 2 port will be released tomorrow or at least announced. Here's to hoping!

Have you looked into Release Radar? They make a playlist from artists you have on playlists and all the new music they came out with within that month. Refreshes ever Friday! The only thing that is irritating about the playlist is when I have a song from an artist that has multiple featured artists, the playlist gets cluttered with all of the featured artists stuff that I would never listen to.

I used to audit school district's. My company would give the new staff (like myself) student activity funds to review. There is such little activity in those accounts that seeing someone stealing money is extremely easy to spot. Especially as most of the time people put money into the accounts for a large field trip or school event. So if money was to even be taken out in large quantities and it was issued to the vendor, you knew to look into it.

Right?! This should be at the top. Hopefully awards bring it up there. Never given one before but the people need to know!

Thank you so much for this! Saved me my sanity and my job. It worked!! Our regional admin never got back to me. But I was able to get in touch with the district offices who helped us out. Apparently our closing docs showed that they were signed on our portal but not on their system. Took over 20 calls to customer service to get no where and one representative from the district office to help get in contact with someone who could help us. You are a saving grace! Should hopefully get the funds tomorrow.

From what I was told from one rep. Their site crashed and a lot of application data needed to be fixed on their end. So the hold up could be because of that for you. Congrats on the approval!

Has anyone else had issues with receiving their EIDL funds? My boss owns a couple other small businesses. On 4/22 we received the invite for the SBA portal to sign the closing docs and add the bank info. On 4/23 his other business received their funds. The company I work for under him has still yet to receive anything. I've called 13 times. Each person has given me a difference answer. I'm at a loss as what to do. Is there some sort of consultant that can help us reach out to them? Every time they tell me they will send this issue up to their supervisor and they will contact me in 24 hours and never do. I'm at a loss here.

We have some servers at our restaurants that make almost 90k a year. They never see a dollar on their paychecks because they make more than minimum wage in their states. Their hourly rates are reduced from the minimum wage amount by the tip regulations from the state. The difference, the state believes, should be made up between the server wage, and minimum wage by tips. Employee and employer taxes, of course have to be paid out by all wages claimed by the servers. If a server makes under minimum wage with their hourly rate and tips, then the business is obligated to make up the difference to the server as well.

Additionally businesses do get a thing called a Tip Credit at the end of the year which is sort of a give back on revenue for the amount for taxes they had to payout for the difference between what the servers made and what the minimum wage should have been. That revenue is also subject to taxable income on their returns though.

The ones in the apartment complex I live in do I guess! You can either use a card or the app, but if you use the card, it doesn't link to the app on the phone, so if you load money on the app, you have to use your phone to scan the QR code on the washer or dryer for payment. So that's more of a r/Crappydesign aspect of the software. This is an asshole design feature they added.

It's a laundry payment app that my apartment complex uses. Called like LaundryConnect. The washer and dryers have QR codes you scan so you can pay through your phone.

Removed: Hanlon's Razor Every time you start your dryer this immediately pops up right. Trying to scam people, a quarter at a time.

It looks like someone else was able to explain it. Once you beat the game on your next playthrough will it fix it. Kind of a shitty fix, but at least it's assuring to know it will be fixed eventually in your playthrough!

Good on you! I've always tried to explain to my friends that you've got to find happiness alone. Don't wait for someone to make you happy, then you're using them. You want to find someone that can make you happier. The issue falls on being dependant on your SO. What happens when things end? Now you've got nothing for yourself, you feel like you've not only lost them, but lost yourself and your happiness. That should never be the case.

My German class had an exchange program that you had to apply for to be apart of. Mainly due to limited spots in the program. I was in my third year of learning German and I still felt like I knew nothing. My brother, years before me did the exchange program, so I knew a lot about what it entails and how much fun he had. I just didn't feel remotely confident enough to be able to speak German for 4 weeks in Germany, with a German family that may not speak any English.

I remember my teacher asking me after every class if I was going to apply, to which I told him I don't think I'm knowledgeable enough. He kept telling me I should still apply. The day before the deadline he asked me again, and I gave him the same excuse I had in the past. He said "this program isn't just about your a ability to speak another language, it's also about your character and your ability to represent what an American student is like to a German school. Everyone in this class is learning how to speak another language just like you, none of them would be here if they knew what they were doing. That's what learning is about. Don't be so hard on yourself. At least try to consider it. It'd be a shame to not share an amazing experience with such a bright individual."

The thought that there are always other factors involved in application processes in general never occured to me until then. I applied, was accepted, and had the most amazing experience. The takeaway from that conversation stuck with me even through my careers. Even if I felt like I wasn't good enough to do something or didn't meet the qualifications for applying for a job, I did so anyway. It always worked out. I'll never forget that.

Haha talk about a tough early game boss! A previous commenter mentioned that the actual villainous enemies you're supposed to see will spawn once you beat Kid Buu. So luckily we can still work our way back up to the 150s!
