I really, really respect the guy, but I'm with you. I'm really struggling to deal with him going full in with a lot of this stuff. The problem is, the stuff he gave a voice to which is actually positive and beneficial (like Wim Hof) is now going to be lumped in with all this garbage.

Good luck! Seriously, this will make a big difference.

Actually, the Pontiac Firebird was one of the first cars designed with CAD for aerodynamics, and the drag coefficient for the 1982 Trans Am model was 0.32, which was...

....exactly the same as the Taurus, actually. But that wasn't introduced until 1986.

I'm not sure what I'm even arguing here. Are you telling me the Ford Taurus was an aerodynamic as Knight Rider? WTF? That's what it says on Wikipedia, but I can hardly believe it!

Guess you're right. Just because a car looks aerodynamic doesn't mean it is.

I had such a crush on her on the eighties. She was what got me into watching the show, and it made such a positive impact on my life because I continued watching it after she left. The other day I was watching an episode with my 13-year-old, and I was just blown away at how good the writing of TNG is.

That looks delicious! And I feel your pain. I'm a pretty good cook, but I've always struggled with steak. My wife literally gives no thought to cooking whatsoever, and yet somehow the steak she cooks always ends up perfect!

The Eiffel Tower is so dominant that you can get views like this of it from even fairly modest apartments. It's the same with the Empire State Building in New York, if you get just the right line of sight through the other buildings.

I used to have a girlfriend who lived on Boulevard Arago, and if you climbed out onto the roof of her apartment you could see a view just like this. Your photo gave me a wave of nostalgia. Thank you so much for sharing!

My wife and I still joke about the whole argument of her sabotaging his plane and him sleeping with Frankie for three months behind her back.

With a truck that size, I bet he has a really huge penis and isn't compensating for anything.

Copy and paste what he said, except pretend I said it, because it's all spot on. Although I'd add High Time to Kill by Raymond Benson is a cracker, and Forever and a Day by Anthony Horowitz is so close to Fleming but has much better structure than a lot of the not-so-strong originals.

All gin is pretty rank on its own! And I'm saying this even though gin and tonics are my favorite drink and I love tasting and trying different gins.

It was extremely doggy, and I'm surprised Bond didn't sniff out the betrayal immediately. Alec rolled into his belly with his tail between his legs far too quickly. I like how Bond changed the timer settings though, so Alec was barking up the wrong tree by trying to draw things out.

You're not wrong, they're into that whole "stronger through conformity" thing which was the original basis for fascism, with that axe made of all those sticks bundled together. It's exactly how Nazism happened. But often the cure for that is exposure to different people and ideas which challenge your ignorance and preconceptions. A lot of Trump supporters are good people with zero actual exposure to different ideas, which is why they're threatened by them. It puts them right on the wrong end of the Dunning Kruger curve.

HUGE fan, Joe - so, not meaning to be a dick or anything but personally I kind of appreciate the longer versions of the episode descriptions because they tell me what the episode is about, and often when I'm choosing to watch an episode I kind of like to get a feel for the vibe prior to watching.

Or maybe I've just been conditioned into expecting a certain 'type' of copy, and yours threw me off because it's different. I don't know. Shrug. But it's cool of you to answer on Reddit regardless.

I appreciated you taking the time to post this. I know plenty of Trump supporters who are actually really decent people, we just have a fundementally incompatible view on certain issues, and I don't think it's because they're bad people, I think it's just because they look at things in a way that's so starkly different to how I see them that I can't find a way to bridge that gap. It would be like me trying to point out something in one of those dot patterns to somebody who is color blind. They can't see what I can see, and given the limitations of what they see, their viewpoint makes more sense.
