Because religion is a disease. If Christianity hadn’t been defanged since the Enlightenment, you could be putting Christian extremists instead of Islamic. Get rid of the religious aspect of it and things improve.

So we can get young career politicians? Just make America a direct democracy for this next phase of evolution, see how it goes.

It’s not that we refuse to change. Everyone is so caught up in the rat race that we can’t do anything about it. There are more people that would rather drop everything and work toward fixing the issue, but where does that leave you in a society that will see you as a burden for doing what you’re doing?

The masses don’t rise against the governments of the world out of fear. Fear for their livelihood, their comfort, their place in this society we have. Those in power know that what they’re doing is disgusting, but they’re slaves to the almighty slip of paper, money.

We’re past the turning point for the environment, shit will only get worse. Enjoy the time you have. If only we could come together as one to actually do something about our situation.

See, that’s where you tell people that that isn’t the objective of capitalism and they go off the edge.
