Correct me if I’m wrong but wouldn’t this increase rape victim cases?

Yes, debt. My husband and I did so amazing working so hard and not accumulating debt other than our house mortgage and then we just were slammed with sooooo many unforeseen medical bills over and over and now the debt is unreal.

I can’t imagine the anger I would have if I broke my leg again. And not one but both of them. I’d be pissed

I’m going on almost 3 years after breaking my tibia, fibula and talas bones. I have a plate and 6 screws holding it all together. I still notice some slight pain or being uncomfortable daily and I always know when a storm is coming now. After lots of PT I’ve decided I will never have the full range of motion I once had.

I once tripped on a rock and broke both leg bones and a bone in my ankle. I will now forever have a plate and 6 screws. Damn rocks

New and last update for Simba. He passed away early this morning after he had a severe drop in oxygen and going into cardiac arrest. I made the call to stop CPR on him so that he can go, it was time. Thank you so much everyone for your kind words and donations. It means everything to us♥️

This morning at 12:45, Simba went into cardiac arrest after having a severe drop in oxygen levels and rise in kidney values. The doctors did all that they could but it was just too much for him.

I’ll be honest with you guys, we’re all broken from this. To lose our first dog and the best boy anyone could ask for after things started looking up is really heartbreaking. I really am struggling writing this, and hope that one day I can accept this, but never forget.

Thank you everyone for all of your support. I hate to bring such bad news to all who were closely following him and messaging about him, but me and my family really do appreciate it. Unfortunately, this could not come at a worse time financially for us as well, my husband lost his job only 3 weeks ago, and I have been unemployed for over a year due to a recent diagnosis with Crohn’s disease. We were prepared to do all that we could for Simba to make sure that he got the care he needs, but this financially has put us in a very difficult spot. If you guys feel like continuing to help us out in paying for his 5 days at the hospital, we would be forever grateful.

The echocardiogram was good! Doesn’t show any trauma or pre existing conditions so they think the strange arrhythmia is just from the pain and his body fighting all these infections! So very positive news and his heart rate is back in the normal perimeters!
