Doubt it, most companies pay the fee for their employees so linkedin has an incentive to lock it down. If you work at a company I'd ask them to pay for your premium if viewing profiles is part of your job.

Well the way linkedin works is you can only view profiles that are 1 or 2 maybe 3 people removed from your network. I think if you have a premium account with the HR functionality you can view as many profiles as you want with no restrictions. Maybe because your accounts don't have real activity on them they are flagging your account as a bot.

There is nothing inherently bad about splitting GND planes. You need to remember that everything is a transmission line.
