Well my buddy took the front drive shaft out to make his Sti a drag car but AWD spins freely the center diff doesn’t lock like 4wd. My suv is AWD and 4x4 when it’s in AWD it’s uneffected and when I lock the center diff it’s binds but AWD doesn’t change the ratio. The wheels turn freely. For example I own an AWD FJ and a 2wd fj they both have identical turn ratios even though ones in AWD and ones 2wd.

A 2wd Subaru of the same model would turn the exact same ratio as an AWD one. AWD fwd 2wd have no effect on the turning ratio.

They have legal departments because they can be sued. Other countries you’re not allowed to sue for problems.
