How much does a standard health insurance cost? I couldn't imagine anything worse than having to actively pay for healthcare.

I know I'd be that person that would rather save the monthly costs as I have never needed or used our healthcare even though its free. This is why I'm happy to wait weeks for operations or appointments with the NHS because I know if it wasn't free, I wouldn't be covered.

Well on a lift it's numbers so it doesn't actually say ground it's just 0. So 0, 1, 2, 3, 4. If you go below first floor in an elevator do you go from 1 to -1 and skip 0?
