There are already lawyers in Texas making the argument that the women getting the abortion "aided or abet" the doctor who preformed the medical procedure. The are also saying if a women ate certain foods and then had a miscarriage that she "aided or abet" the miscarriage making it illegal. The terminology anyone who aids or abets is open season. This is beyond scary.

Welp, time to get a vasectomy. Heaven forbid I get my wife pregnant and there are complications that could result in her death if she didn't have an abortion. The risk is not worth it to try to start a family.

She had asked for her students to wear mask but less then half did. She was yelled at by a few parents at the start of the school year for asking for the requirement in her classroom.

The cop rode the horse over to purposely trample her. That is why he spun it backwards where the horse couldn't see.

In a lot of states it would be legal to use lethal force. He was told to leave multiple times, the employees expressed a fear for their safety. In stand your ground or castle doctrine states they could have legally defended themselves up lethal force.

6th amendment, we have the right to know the accuser and all evidence. They have to provide who made the call. If they don't provide this then they are lying.

The reporter wouldn't need to go through the data. They can ask the question to a state official who has access to the data. More than likely a state official put that information out to a reporter, without being questioned, after they went through the data to help inform the public.

The state has a database of who has vaccines and who doesn't. Getting a percentage number of state employees wouldn't be a violation, as long as no PID is attached.

As well the supreme court has already ruled that the State can mandate vaccines.

Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11, was a United States Supreme Court case in which the Court upheld the authority of states to enforce compulsory vaccination laws. The Court's decision articulated the view that individual liberty is not absolute and is subject to the police power of the state.

it didn't. It looks like all they are streaming is broadcast coverage this year. My guess is it is more geared to streaming apps then watching on a PC. This is what happens when competition is taken away. Every other sport has multiple networks with rights to it. NBC Olympic ownership needs to be broken up as a monopoly.
