I was having shoulder pain after pickleball and found a youtube video by 2 physical therapists named Bob Schrupp and Brad Heineck: 7 simple exercises for shoulder pain (impingement, tendonitis, arthritis). After just a few days it relieved most of my pain. Try it and see it it works for you.
