There are already taxes on stock received as compensation. The only caveat is ISO options have ways to lower taxes, but that’s limited to $100K per year.

Vertical monitors can be useful, they just are angled so extremely seems they would be hard to use. They looks more like privacy shields than functional monitors

Are those desk setups three monitors, with the outer monitors being vertical? What is purpose of that?

Companies also incorporate in Delaware for legal precedent reasons. I don’t recall everything but Delaware has a separate court for corporate law, and it results in more consistent rulings since the concentration of businesses means there are more cases to reference. But yeah, mostly just tax shit

Also something about switching from a traditional listing to direct, with only two months turnaround seems suspicious. Not wanting to give up those sweet gains to the nasty underwriters

The idea is to download The Office while you are sailing the high seas. Plex merely allows you to gaze upon your plunder.

Yeah thus is the case with sugarloaf pineapple. Cheap if your on island but $30 USD a piece to ship to the mainland.
Wonderful part of traveling is trying the local fruits! Having a bowl of mangosteen in Thailand probably my favorite example. Durian... not so much

There’s a type of pineapple grown in Kauai called a sugarloaf pineapple that has been cultivated to have less of this enzyme. The pineapples are smaller... but doesn’t hurt your mouth when you eat a lot and it generally less fiber’y. Definitely recommend if you ever visit!
