Is the gun not supported by the ps3? I was about to research playing light gun games on the ps3. I have so much hassle playing them on pc emulators using that wonky wii remote setup. best thing I've found so far is emuVR if you have a VR headset it means you don't need a CRT but that doesn't support ps2 or ps3 so here I am, wondering if I should get a CRT and some lightguns/moves

That's understandable. From my point of view though ubisoft has done everything in its power to prevent abuse short of completely disabling voice, text chat and friendly fire. Which would completely change the core aspects of team-working in the game. At this point they are at the end of the road. The worlds gonna be full of assholes and how much you can tolerate depends on the thickness of your skin and wether or not you come into a match muting everyone and disabling text chat which at that point you might as well play realistic terrorist hunt by yourself. People do often get banned for abusive chat so reporting them does work too.

I've played games with way more toxic communities. Seeing the enemy team spam GG EZ on round 2 or "I fuck you mother" is a minor nuisance in comparison to being followed from server to server by racist cheaters spamming the n word in GTA while they have you soft locked in their garage

I would recommend learning the maps in terrorists hunt first then going straight into quick matches. Once at rank 50 just play exclusively ranked. Its friendlier

If its the enemy team just smack talking just turn off their chat. If its your team being cunts just find a new match. I've found if you play ranked you will experience less toxicity but your teammates are more likely to get upset if you screw up
