The place I work starting pay is $21 up to $35 an hour, depending on skill set, plus offers 2k-5k hiring bonus after 90 days and they struggle to fill positions. Skilled trades are paying well and there are employee shortages across multiple industries. Not saying it’s the same everywhere, but this is in my area.

Almost like the food conglomerates, doctors, big pharma and health insurance companies are all working together to soak money from you on purpose…who would’ve thought? Support your local farmers or grow your own. Stay healthy folks!

Thanks Reddit people! I genuinely appreciate the support. I’ve also not had a beer/drink as I know that’s a trigger for me. My resolution for this year was to start making healthier choices and this is a big one for me! I can’t wait to breathe deeply, save money, not have to try to cover up the smell and maybe find a new hobby to occupy my time with. Much love to you all and happy trails!

Wife and I have been together 17 years now, mid/late 30’s, and we have never wanted kids. We really don’t feel that humans have made earth that positive, or welcoming, of an environment to bring children into. Just our personal views. Of course most of our friends and family thought we’d feel differently and finally, about 5 years ago, they quit asking when we were going to have kids. We love our nieces and nephews! Having kids really should be a decision you and your S.O. both agree on. I’m grateful we both decided not to go down that path. Retirement isn’t looking that far away!

Assigned floor seats are meh…nothing like waiting for hours outside the venue for a GA floor on the flip side much easier to pregame with assigned. Side note, if you want to sit through an entire Tool show I hope your not behind me.

I don’t know if I’d trust it. If it was signed when they released it look for other items that were early 2000’s signed by Maynard. He changes his signature. I have a decent collection of various memorabilia signed by the band that I got at shows or off Tool Army and Maynards signature is not the same on them. I don’t have anything from early 2000’s to show ya. Also if it’s 2k that seems really really steep. Salival is a definite must for the obsessed! If you want to get him something unique look for the first issues that were released, they are misprints and very sought after. Personally I’d forego the autograph, he’ll still love the gift!
