My [[Uvilda // Nassari]] Tradesies deck, probably. It's like theft, but I only run the effects that require me to exchange control of a permanent to take your things, along with a couple [[Stolen Strategy]] effects (I'm paying in mana...). So first I need to play cheap tokens or bad cards, then pay for overcosted spells to switch control with something good on board that someone else has played.

My [[Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain]] vehicles deck is also pretty up there. You play token generators which trigger by casting vehicles ([[Efficient construction]]), which create servos and thopters which you use to crew the vehicles - self-driving vehicles! But it also has playable win conditions like [[Throne of the God Pharaoh]] or generating a ton of mana for [[Jaya's Immolating Inferno]].

I was playing against a Sasaya deck once, and I copied their [[Genesis Wave]] for X=40 with a [[dualcaster mage]]. Not only did I copy their spell, I recurred a [[Mindswipe]] to dome them for 12 by tapping [[Kaza]] after dumping out a bunch of wizards on top of countering their copy before it resolved.

Blue red merfolk, or blue red faeries. Both are basically mono blue decks with some red tribal support cards ([[shared animosity]]) and removal, since there's like 2 red faeries and 4 red merfolk.

My [[Niv Mizzet Firemind]] + Curiosity deck actually wins by drawing into [[Psychosis crawler]] and [[Ophidian Eye]]

Fireheart conditionally gives the ability to the land, this one is a static effect of the creature.

So OP that it even beats the cancel decks: because they run card draw to find more counterspells, they'll deck out first and lose

Is the tri-shock typed? Probably only EDH playable either way but a nice alternative to khans tri tap lands

Tri fetch is bad when regular fetches get non-basics (i.e. Shocklands or duals that tap for the colours you don't have), fabled passage and prismatic vista get 5c basics, and there's enough slow fetches to fill out 50% of your lands if you really want that many

Low-power: [[Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius]] izzet watermark tribal, ravnica block draft chaff because all my good izzet cards are in other decks

Fun: [[Malcolm,]] and [[Breeches]] pirates, make a lot of mana with evasive flying pirates, and occasionally steal something sweet ([[vigor]] into [[blasphemous act]] hoooo)

Powerful: uhhhh I guess [[Niv-Mizzet, Firemind]] [[curiosity]] combo/control but that's not even that good anymore, especially when I can't kill the whole table with it in one go without decking

Hot take (?): you don't need to address people by their name in a direct conversation with them, by text or otherwise

Can it be colourless so more EDH decks can run it?

Sort of - decks with past in flames probably want it to be a sorcery anyways, plus you can't give a creature flashback (you can give it other keywords, but not flashback)
