That's amazing! This is the kind of thing Satoshi originally envisioned when he created Bitcoin. Crypto has truly come full circle.

I don't know. Technically if they had access to your Reddit account they would be able to get into your vault. I personally have an authenticator attached to mine so, while it's secure from hackers I imagine it could potentially be accessed by someone in Reddits IT department.

That's a very good question. I know prior to Arbitum you could store them on Metamask as long as you made sure to use the right chain (rinkeby testnet). I don't know how the layer 2 complicates things

Just finished reading the whole thing. Excellent write-up and genuinely interesting from start to finish.

My initial reaction was ha-ha! But upon further reflection I do feel bad for those who got scammed, many of them are probably uneducated, uninformed, come from a poor education system or simply have a gambling problem. They have no-doubt been strung along in their own echo chamber for so long.

I know from experience it's hard to let go of a terrible investment. I personally held stock in an energy company that tanked and I sold for half the price I paid. It was incredibly difficult to let go and take the loss but it was the right call. I had to be okay with it if the stock rebounded. Luckily I was vindicated and the stock is now 30% less than what I sold it for.

If any Safemooners are reading this, now is your chance to leav before you lose everything. The above post has made it clear as day what's happening and at this point I'd you are holding you are going to lose more money.

Take it as a lesson on pyramid marketing and keep an eye out for the warning signs in the future.

Sharding can be perfectly secure if done right. Algo and Elrond already do this by assigning nodes at random to process transactions. It's very hard to crack with a 51% attack because you never know what nodes will make up any particular shard at any given time.

Layer 2 is different, ZK rollups are more secure because they require confirmation from the layer 1 chain for every transaction, they just take the brunt of the work off chain. Optimistic rollups work slightly differently again (not sure about the technicalities, a bit over my head). Its only when side chains are used for everything that it becomes less secure.

You have to put in ETH/BNB for the gas. They have a bot that steals it straight away

Every time I edit the post on my phone it apparently removes the comedy tag

Honestly, the distribution of wealth in this world is fucking disgusting. Wouldn't you want to use that money to save some lives?

Honestly have tagged both posts as comedy from my phone and both times it didn't work until I logged in with a laptop and changed it. My apologies

I am he. This is a follow up.

Also although I am a shameless moon farmer, comedy posts are only worth 10% Karma so in this case I'm solely doing it for entertainment purposes

Oh god. I'm just imagining these guys getting strongly worded letters about Moons over a satirical shitpost.

To be fair, the price pumping doesn't necessarily mean it isn't a centralised shitcoin. Congrats on your gains though. I know nothing about the project one way or another so take my comments with a grain of salt
