Can be challenging - definitely worth using multi grade paper and filters to control contrast. I found it generally takes a lot more finesse to get an acceptable print. The orange mask on colour neg is the culprit

Howdy! I’ll just copy and paste what I sent over to that person
I’d say as a baseline do your Google certs (search and analytics to start off with) and then the rest of them as they interest you. Facebook Blueprint is extremely well respected but is somewhat more challenging and a longer process - the tests will require that you actually study for it. The Hubspot courses are excellent too and are great.
If you’re willing to spend a small amount of money, the CXL courses and mini degrees are some of the best in the biz and are respected and well known in the industry.
As a general rule stay away from influencers selling their courses. They just want your money and if they actually could produce returns like they say they do, they wouldn’t be telling you how to do it.
Getting a good foundational knowledge of marketing and consumer behaviour will pay dividends too. I started my career in execution - e.g. working on the tools and implementing campaigns and strategy from account managers. Then I moved into account management, and from there have moved up twice more. I’ve only been in the industry for 3 years and my pay now is double what I was earning in my first position, so you can advance very very quickly if you’re hungry and you’ve got a good mind for it.
Feel free to shoot any questions you have now or down the track, always happy to help
Also - check out entry level job postings in your area and see what requirements they have. Let that guide your learning

Semolina works amazing for this too, I use it every time and it’s ridiculously crispy

It can be done, it’s just trickier. You’re right though, usually best on big cuts 1.5inches and thicker

That’s interesting, I didn’t know that. I tend to ‘dry brine’ my meat so I’ve always killed two birds with one stone with that, but next time I’ll try seasoning them and going back in the fridge

I’ve found lower heat and longer time yields a better result but not by a whole lot, it’s just a bit juicier and easier to get your temperature right on

Reverse sear my guy - essentially season well with salt and pepper, let them come up to room temperature, in the oven on a wire rack at a very low temp (95-100c) and then when they hit about 5 degrees celsius below your desired internal temperature take them out and absolutely blast them for about 45 seconds each side in your pan as hot as it’ll go. Perfect every time and completely foolproof. It’s similar to sous vide but better as your steaks come out the oven quite dry and thus sear very very well. Meat thermometer is a must but they’re cheap
Great write up here by the man himself https://www.seriouseats.com/2017/03/how-to-reverse-sear-best-way-to-cook-steak.html
Letting meat come to room temperature is essential for cooking consistently

Maybe a strange question and excuse me if it is, but do you find it at all strange to ride a bike that someone died on? I’m not a particularly superstitious person but something about that makes me feel kinda funny

Man this is a small price to pay for something to be over. Sometimes it's way easier to let these things go than drag them out and insert more drama into your life. Taking legal action would definitely involve a lot more drama for realistically not a huge upshot.
I get where you're coming from but I'm definitely more in the "let it wash over you and move on" camp

Buy used and get a lot more value for money. You could get an excellent bike under 6-7k all day long if you’re not shopping brand new

No problem. They’re pricy but they’ve got some equipment that no one else does in Australia. They do film recording up to 8x10 transparencies which is very cool

Many good fine art photo labs will do slide duplication with a proper machine such as a film recorder or LVT machine. It’s reasonably expensive but a fair cost if these duplicates are to be sold

Depending on where you are in the country there are a lot of them. I used to ride in South East Queensland maybe 35 minutes away from Brisbane and they’d be everywhere. They’re pretty chill and you’ll mostly only see them hopping away from you. Nice creatures
