They say the durability determines the insulation.

What's the truth?

Long press on the link, get it to open in YouTube. Reddit Sync has a menu option, for example that says "open in browser" which causes it to open in the android app.

The same reason that DeSantis bans masks etc. He makes money off of every sick person.

Somebody holds stock in ivermectin/etc and makes money, so of course Fox News pushes it. It's always a grift.

From a machine vision and machine learning perspective, it makes sense. The more information you can feed to the software, the better you can make its classifier perform. This sort of thing happens happens all over medical science.

That said, I don't think tsa has ever done any good, and these machines shouldn't be here in the first place. They're just a way for rich asshole to make money off the government while putting on a show. If they were doing any good, the data would show it.

In 2017, Homeland Security inspectors were able to transport facsimile firearms, explosives and knives through TSA checkpoints an appalling 70 percent of the time. This is not only unacceptable, but calls into question the effectiveness of the TSA. Many experts, in fact, have long criticized the TSA as “security theater,”

Well, if she does a good job and decides to run, maybe she'll win and get to put in a full term or two.

And on the note of latency -

You can run .net such that no request processors ever sees a garbage collection cycle, ever.

  1. you have a pool of processes.
  2. each process registers for gc notifications from the runtime.
  3. when a process gets a GC pending notification, it unregisters itself from the pool.
  4. the process performs the GC manually.
  5. the process registers with the pool.

I'm to understand this is how ASP.NET operates.

Oh good point, I hadn't even thought of that. I wonder how much folks should worry about the engine blowing up too, makes me think of the tractor pull-type failures.

They did this in episode 2 of series 5, the splat episode. During one of the shots, the contestants are in real time but just the sky was fast forward.
