And it will take a very very long time to reset fully if it will. You probably did some dupe glitches that made clean dupes and you neednt have custom plates.

It was added today in the new dlc update and its basically a business that you can repair cars and deliver them for some cash, use the shop like ls customs to customise you car and do some contracts like mini heists, either alone or with friends.

Dirty dupes dont sell for less i believe. You know you have a dirty dupe when your duplicate has the same plate as another vehicle you used so that you aqcuired the dupe. For instance if you have the dupe from the terrorbyte merge (which has been patched) and the dupe has the same plate with the terrorbyte its a dirty dupe. I use the terrorbyte as an example it can be any vehicle.
